kevind2
I just bought a pair of cornwalls & hk430, and couldn't be happier. What a difference over my old KG 4s. If Klipsch can figure a way to make these speakers sound even better with the introduction of the cornwall III, I'll definitely buy a pair. I really appreciate all of the great information posted on the forums. I have a quick question: can anyone tell me when my speakers were made? The SN is 5M245/5M246. Thanks. kevind2
Older than I thought, but they sure do sound great. Any upgrades/modifications that I should be aware of? Thanks

DoubleJ
Kevin: There are a lot of mods and updates that you can do but most will tell you to listen to them for awhile before making any changes. I agree with this as well. Also, there are many experts here that can point you into the right direction. Unfortunately, I'm not one of them. Woodog
John, I'll second the updated crossovers. Bob Crites built a pair for my 1976 Cornwalls that he installed at the 'Heritage' Gathering this past September. The difference was immediately noticeable and VERY satisfying to hear. Both DeanG and Bob Crites will do a great job. This is an update you should do. Woo
