Evidently the traffic jam caused the police to have trouble getting to an auto accident near his home. Here are the stats that the local news quoted last night. 30,000 lights, 3 months of work to hang and program. When you pull up to his house there is a sign in the lawn telling you where to tune your radio. The music plays on your car stereo as you watch. Everybody needs a hobby...I guess.
