silent hill
Is an Athena AS-P6000 subwoofer any good for my Klipsch SF-3's and a Klipsch Quintet II System? There is a picture of it! <?xml:namespace prefix = v ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" /><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><?xml:namespace prefix = w ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word" />
TheEAR
Never heard any Athena subs.Athena subs should perform very much like API's subs(Mirage and Energy). The new Mirage/Energy 10 and 12 subs perfprm great.
thxsubwoofers
Hows about the Klipsch Sub-10 or the Sub-12?
silent hill
The Sub-10 and the Sub-12 sub's would be very awsome, but I wanted something that would be a little cheaper than that. The sub-10 and the Sub-12 is $ 400 and $ 500. The Athena AS-P6000 sub is only $360 and it is more powerful than the Sub-12. The Athena AS-P6000 has a 800-Watt Bash Amp which is powering a 12" driver. It is truly a sweet Sub. I've researched it alot as yopu can tell and I find this sub an excelent offer. But, I am willing to buy a used sub that any of you on the Klipsch Forums doesn't want anymore or just if you have an extra one laying around. If you do PLEASE! contact me. Thanks for all your help!
