Audio Flynn Posted March 7, 2006 Share Posted March 7, 2006 Certainly the Fisher could be modded a bit, but tube separates with 6L6 or EL 34 or KT88 would provide the bass you desire. I have an HK integrated ( 90 USD delivered; a bargain!) from the same era cannot remmeber the number; it is OK with bass, not too bright, but soundstage is very small and two dimensional compared to tube separates I have experienced.
