kenratboy
Nevada: No state income tax. 7.375% sales tax in my county. Low vehical registrations and other such stuff. Homes are VERY expensive (you need $400-600k to get something decent in a nice part of town, minimum), as is gas (among the most expensive in the nation - 87 is going for around $2.60 right now). You don't really get 'screwed' by the state for anything. Overall, it good.

NJ has a state income tax, 6% sales tax though non on food or clothes. 400k is the starting price of homes here think two bedroom one bath Gas though is amoung the cheapest as the refineries are right here. BTW we don't pump our own gas either!
