Joe Shmoe Posted April 2, 2006 Share Posted April 2, 2006 Wow... more of the same here, as what was in the original SAW...and in my opinion, that's a good thing. This sequel had more of the same clever, carefully thought out traps & even had a sort of twist at the end. I bought the first & I will probablly buy this one also...good stuff, for that genre. I wouldn't say either is incredibly scary, like maybe the Excorsict etc.. but it is good at what it is, a more suspenseful, gore movie. I think what I like about these types, are that they are more believable... (not that I would want to believe something like this could happen) I just wasn't turned off by poor CGI effects or make believe monsters, ghosts. I guess there's only so many ways to mutilate a body and so many ways to change the camera angle, music and lighting. Been there. Seen it before, but to a different tune. Ho hummm......
