DrWho Posted April 3, 2006 Share Posted April 3, 2006 ***AES GENERAL MEETING*** Tuesday, April 4th, 6pm -- Rich Field, Principal Engineer at Klipsch Audio Technologies, will be coming to campus on Tuesday, April 4 to talk about loudspeaker acoustics and transducer (driver) design. Pizza and soda will be served after the presentation. In addition, if you are participating in the Guitar Pedal Workshop, please bring your payment to this meeting. So ya, just thought I'd brag about our next meeting.... Big thanks goes out to Amy for helping set this up too (it scored me lots of brownie points) [] I'll have to follow up with how it goes...I'm sure we will get to learn lots of cool info. DrWho Posted April 3, 2006 Author Share Posted April 3, 2006 The meeting is in Champaign, on the campus of UIUC (www.uiuc.edu) I'm not sure if the public is invited, but I don't see any reason why any of y'all can't swing by. If you're interested PM me a phone number and we can arrange something that way. Tuesday will be crazy hectic for me as I will be recording a concert while also attending the meeting...so I won't be able to help out too much with transportation or anything like that.
