richieb
Anyone familier with Midwest Audio tube gear. With my minimal knowledge of tubes it looks like a nice piece for reasonable on AGon. Seems to be well put together, high grade components and tube rectified. Any experiences? Really looks nice and may pull the trigger. Same but differant, has anyone heard Pauls TAD - 60 integrated from BizzyBee. I know, Chinese crap that has been constructed to Pauls specs but for what paid for his Cayin TA-30 for my first tube experience a couple years ago, it didn't sound too bad - for what I paid. The new 60 is built for Paul by Audcom and looks substantial. Do not know if it is tube rectified as are monos. Comments on the TAD - 60? NOSValves
Pual doesn't sell anything that isn't at least reasonably good sounding and always a fair price. I have a ball chatting with him everytime I call him. I haven't heard the TAD-60 yet so I'm just going by gut instinct. I believe everything Paul sells is SS rectified. One of the many aspects of audio me a Paul disagree on and have enjoyable conversations about[] You should here what the guy goes through just to get the gear out of China......
