Mark Duguid
I already have a pair of RF-35's I've bought a few months ago, and now that I've got the cash I'm looking at getting the center channel. Anyone have any opinions on the 35 vs the 62? I noticed the box size changed a bit, and the crossover frequencies too, so i'm left thinking that maybe they've changed them for the better? new/matching/new/matching hmmmm. The later plan is to add 4 RS-35's and an SVS cylinder sub. Harmon Kardon AVR 525, RF-35's, pathetic surround computer speakers till i get more $

coreyc
If you can listen to both, let your ears decide. If that's not an option, the published specs are very similar. However, the new model has more volume & weight, and so most likely has a bit better mid-bass, even if it dosen't show up in the +-3db freq reaponse limits. I think alot of it depends on how much your deler will discount the discontinued model. If you can get the RC-35 for 1/2 price or so, get it & don't look back. If it's still close to MSRP, you might as well get the newer, better performing, model. I think they both will be a close match to your RB-35's.
