TheEAR
Fast response! You do live on the Klipsch BB,its not a legend! Ok my second HT(the one I posted some crappy pics) Klipsch RF-7(mains) Klipsch RC-5(center) Klipsch RF-5(sourrounds) Sunfire Signature(behind seat) Sunfire Mark II,Junior and Carver Knight Shadow(along the wall) Klipsch KSW12 and 15(also behind the seat, along the back wall) Denon 3801(used as pre/pro) Carver TFM-75(for RF-7's) Celsete 4070(bridged mono on center) ATI 1505(four channels use,bi amping sourrounds! LOL) and some more... You get the picture,no. Now the pre/pro I want to go with my BIG gear is the new High-End Lexicon!Goes about 10K!Not a run of the mill standard pre/pro. Some saving to do before I get it.First I want my SVS Ultras and the Bryston 14B-ST with a Cinepro amp(yep MORE AMPS!). TheEAR
Balanced..YES...only in my reference music system. Hey its my hobby, what can I say.I am a die hard audiophile.Who likes horn loaded speakers and the very ineficient Dynaudio and ScanSpeak. Later when I get my big HT completed it will be ALL balanced too. TheEAR(s) Now theears
Underhanded Penguin
Theears. You still have not told us what you do for a living. Besides testing subwoofers, you do havea job right? I'm just wondering what business you're in that you could afford such cool toys. I'm an architectural consultant for Scotiabank. (My first job out of university) and my salary is barely keeping up with this new hobby! (paying loans, rent, and bills aren't helping much either) Anyways, you got some wicked gear. Take some more pics when you have the chance! I love the look of those sunfire subs! They are so sick!!! That black outer rim is the rubber surround right? -UP ------------------ I love you Aki Ross! TheEAR
What I do for a living? Well its a secret Not I am a computer tech! YEP You heard that right Now about a closer look at the Sunfire subs,I posted some pics.Lousy as always(blame the old digital cam). Had to delete some pics(only 6 can be posted at a time )! Just dont ask me to open the subs, the magnets are huge the Signature and Mark II have 15lbs magnets(remember the magnetic structure weights over the double). The sourrounds were coated with mink oil(this way the sourrounds will not dry). No no I will not open them and take pics, one day maybe.
