Big Piney
I purchased my KG 5.2's in 1994. Looking back at the lines it looks as if the 5.5 replaced them in 94 and were built until 1997. What was the next similar line after 97 and what would be the comparable line today? If that makes sense. From 94 to now I was crankin' those puppies and not paying attention to the Klipsch line! Thanks.
SilverSport
I believe that was the end of the line for the KG series...replaced by the Synergy line IIRC...KSPs first? and KSFs... Bill

Turnip
Not really. The new Synergy lineup does not come close to the performance of the old KG lineup. - d
SilverSport
Actually, I meant the ORIGINAL Synergy speakers like the KSPs (Klipsch Synergy Pros)...do you have any information to refute my claim...I'd be glad to hear your information... Turnip
silversport - I was saying "not really" to Big Piney because he said he knows where to look for speakers to replace his KG lineup and specifically asked what series that is made today to look at. As for the new Synergy lineup...not too impressive....you can go to Best Buy to confirm that. :>( - d
