firedawg24 Posted July 26, 2006 Share Posted July 26, 2006 I have been using KG1.5 as my surrounds and I am happy with them, however I just p/u'd a pair of tangent 10's (whch have the same horn as the academy). Would they make a better surround than the KG's? (See my sig for setup) My second question is I have a 7.1 capable receiver and wanted to move the KG's to the rear but my wife is not to keen on that Idea. So is there any satellite's that would even remotely be Ok in that position? Since it would only be used for movies. My last option is to hang no speakers in the rear and only put it out when I have a 6.1 or 7.1 movie? I have a third tangent 10 I could use or I could use the two speakers that I dont hang on the side. As I have always said, thank you for all your help you have been a tremendous source of info and I appreciate all feedback.
