steve Posted August 11, 2006 Share Posted August 11, 2006 which model of Speakerlabs we talkin' Tom? I have a pair (small, 5 inch woofers) in the garage, had 'em for over 20 years, and I love 'em! Many folk comment on their big sound for such a small speaker. I love my KHorns for my main stereo room, but the Speakerlabs have a full rich sound, and are highly reliable..obviously! steve Posted August 11, 2006 Share Posted August 11, 2006 This is a shot of the left speaker..cannot find a model number anywhere. Measurements are 21 inches high, 10 inches deep and 8 inches wide. tigerwoodKhorns Posted August 11, 2006 Share Posted August 11, 2006 Speakerlabs makes K Horn clones. They get a bad rap because they sold plans and a lot of builders screwed them up. I have a factory built pair of K Horn bass bins. They are very well made (or at least look that way). They were bashed on this forum for a long time, then Duke said they were good and now they are not bashed (kind of like Crown amps).
