Justensen
At work, we all use Radio Shacks' digital spl meter because of the excellent price($59) and ease of use. They seem to be pretty consistent with each other +- 2 db. I just figured this difference was because they get a little banged up being thrown in & out of a service van. The next time I get to use the spectrum analyzer(it's kept calibrated), I'll test my Radio Shack meter to see how accurate it is.
ben.
Welcome to the forum. I used to work with a guy who did installs for Muzak, too. And Siemens... and Ronco... etc... His work was nice & tight.
