rontek
Hi, I am looking for a set of speaker stands that have mounts for the Quintet III series. The SAT-2 shown on the Klipsch site specifically say ther will NOT work with the Quintet III's. Does anybody know of a set that WILL work or are made for the Quintet III series? Thanks, Ron
Moderators Amy Posted November 28, 2006 Moderators Share Posted November 28, 2006 Actually, the Sat 2 stands now work with the QIII as of recentely. There is a new adapter that is just now shipping with them. You may get an older set without the adapter, in which case you would need to contact Omnimount to receive it. I'm just about to make the change to our website. Thanks!
klipsch4life
Can the Quintet's be painted white and look professional? I need white surrounds to match my walls. KG

redshirt
What other stands are best for the Quintet III's other than the SAT-2's? Can the mount bracket for the Quintet III's be gotten with other stand manufacturers too? I rather favor the bent style rod pole like those in the Sanus and Vantage stands sold at Best Buy, over the straight pole SAT-2's. Any suggestions for that style for my Quintet III's? bender
Got my Sat II's for my Quintet III from Digital4cheap.com. They came with the Quintet III adapter along with many other adapters for various applications. Check one of the previous messages for install instructions, as the ones that come with the stands are of little help. Two of the round head screws supplied worked on the Quint's, but I had to use the existing swivel mount screws (smaller head) with some small washers to mount other one until I find additional screws. Hope this helps.
