bhendrix
What are the physical difference between the following tweeters and mids? Which among each group are sonically interchangable? DrWho
I know the K77 and K79 are not interchangeable (different sensitivity). Dunno about the rest.
colterphoto1
It's my understanding that the K57 is the assembly of the K52 driver and it's horn. Here's some discussion similar to your questions http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/thread/324440.aspx

colterphoto1
Thanks Roy! I'm soooooo tired of starting all my posts with 'I believe I think I may have heard that this may be the case in some instances but you probably have an exception......' bhendrix
Thanks, Roy !! It would be great to have this type of info in a permanent technical reference section. Hey, Michael . . .
colterphoto1
I have an excel matrix with most of the recent speakers, the components, measurements, MSRP, available finishes etc. on the Customer Service server. We are constantly upgrading it and are making improvments all the time. There are a great deal of research materials available at the office.
