MrDecibel Posted February 8, 2007 Share Posted February 8, 2007 Newby, with a question. I am thinking of going with "in ceiling" surround speakers instead of floorstanding surrounds. I am currently using an older pair of Bose AM5 sats and the bass module for my rear surrounds, and have my eye on the Klipsch ceiling mount speakers. Are there any major Pro's or Con's to using the ceiling speakers as opposed to floor/wall mounts?? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
JJkizak Posted February 9, 2007 Share Posted February 9, 2007 I have 4 small Klipsch surrounds mounted at ceiling height angled downward and they just do not sound right.
