falcon20x
I have a pair of RF 83's and I currently use a HK 645 receiver. The HK gives a nice clean sound, I also have a yamaha which I used for a little bit and while it sounded a little warmer it still did a good job. A Denon receiver was hooked up to them for a short period of time and it also did a good job. It is hard to say what would work the best for your speakers since it is a matter of what you like. When I went to audition the RF 83's they were using a Marantz receiver and it was the best sound I have heard out four receivers but it was also a $ 4000.00 receiver. The Hk was in my price range and it was the bang for the buck ($720) I could get
