Junk-Mail (non-audio)

Recommended Posts

My 87 yr. old Mom in law is bombarded by a local hearing aid company with "special deals" which are quite expensive and I called them the other day to see about getting the junk mail stopped. The man was apologetic and said to visit www.dmaconsumer.org and have her name removed from a list for $1.00. How in the world can someone get your name for free in the first place then have the gall to charge you a buck to have it removed from a list? I just may call him back and ask if it should be his responsibility to stop the sales papers.

Oh well, it must be worth a buck.[:^)]
