justin_tx_16
Ha ha ... watch me... not laugh. How long have you had the speakers? I would unplug them from their power and then plug them back in. Check all connections and then get a portable cd player and use that instead of the GTXP. You will have to alternate the cords to teh cd player seeing as it will not have 4.1 output. if you get good sound then teh problem is in the card, if not, then we can further troubleshoot, make sure you did not bump the headphone output button ------------------ -justin I am an amateur, if it is professional; ProMedia help you want email Amy or call her @ 1-888-554-5665 Klipsch Home Audio help you want, email support@klipsch.com or call @ 1-800-KLIPSCH RA# Fax Number=317-860-9140 / Parts Department Fax Number=317-860-9150

justin_tx_16
Well, that means that their is either a power supply problem or an amp problem that you can not fix on your own. You will now need to contact klipsch, aka Amy, with the info below. Sorry for your problem ------------------ -justin I am an amateur, if it is professional; ProMedia help you want email Amy or call her @ 1-888-554-5665 Klipsch Home Audio help you want, email support@klipsch.com or call @ 1-800-KLIPSCH RA# Fax Number=317-860-9140 / Parts Department Fax Number=317-860-9150

NewShockerGuy
Not to be rude.. but if you just got your speakers why contact Klipsch? Just take them back to where ever you got them and get new ones. Most places have a 30 day return policy. That might be better, plus you wouldn't have to pay for shipping. -Nigel ------------------ ~NSG~
justin_tx_16
it all depends on where he got them... if it was from Klipsch then he should send them back to klipsch ... i just presumed he got them from Klipsch. ------------------ -justin I am an amateur, if it is professional; ProMedia help you want email Amy or call her @ 1-888-554-5665 Klipsch Home Audio help you want, email support@klipsch.com or call @ 1-800-KLIPSCH RA# Fax Number=317-860-9140 / Parts Department Fax Number=317-860-9150
