Best Buy has the B-3's on sale for under $300 a pair and my local Reference dealer probably wants close to retail for the RB-61's (which I think is around $450). Anyone here had a chance to directly compare the two? I last had RF-25 towers and I hated having to sell them, but I was in a bind and needed to. Looking for something close to having a similiar sound to them. I know the RB-61's would be a better speaker, but is the cost difference worth it? Thanks! tommyboy Posted May 27, 2007 Share Posted May 27, 2007 I think this one basically comes down to you. Do you have the $$$ for the 61's? In all things audio, always get the best you can afford. I've recently seen rb-61 go for low to mid 300s through private sellers as well as ebay stores (unsure if the stores were authorized or not).
