tom b. 57 Posted May 26, 2007 Share Posted May 26, 2007 I just scored a couple of HK cassette decks. They are an hk 400xm and a TD 302. Both of these decks are in excellent condition and perform very well. The hiss level of these decks have been almost non-existent. I was using an Akai GNC 730D until now. Wow what a huge improvement. The Akai is history. The HK's have a super sound. The TD302 is hooked up to my Marantz 2275 and Forte's in the bedroom. The hk 400xm is in my office running through an HK430 and a pair of KG4.2's. I picked them both up for a total of $70.00. Anyone else have cassette decks that they still use? What make and model and how often do you use it?
