HudsonValleyNoah
Heck, it's a rip - check his other auction... An I-book (mac) for $88 same text "3 in stock, you can have one for $800" - he did not even bother to change the wording or numbers... Yes, it's a rip-off! Moderators Amy Posted July 3, 2007 Moderators Share Posted July 3, 2007 He's ripping off my auctions for the Klipschstore...pics and descriptions. He definitely doesn't have the products, though.
HudsonValleyNoah
Amy, Who did you call? The listing is gone, now the "seller" is listed as having no items for sale... Amy, you da man!
jtnfoley
Awwwww.... I like playing with these guys! (from a disposable email address, of course.) I usually start with "Milford! Great! I'm in Merrimack! When can I come and see them?"
Moderators Amy Posted July 3, 2007 Moderators Share Posted July 3, 2007 Amy, Who did you call? The listing is gone, now the "seller" is listed as having no items for sale... Amy, you da man! I just sent him a nice note asking him why he's using my pics and descriptions. Hmm.

jtnfoley
WTG... I hate scammers Sorry if any of this is old news to the folks here... it just amuses me to no end! Ever see the anti-419 sites on the internet? Among the funniest things you'll ever read. http://www.bustedupcowgirl.com/scampage.html http://www.419eater.com/ (This one trends toward obscene, forewarned.) 419 is technically an advance-fee fraud: http://www.snopes.com/crime/fraud/nigeria.asp But the methods of the 419ers are often used by people fraudulently buying and selling stuff on ebay. The most common being "I'm buying them for my sister on Mission in Nigeria and I'll send you an overpayment, please return the difference..." I see this ALL the time on home theater stuff. What tipped you off? [] [] [] I'll report this, see how fast it disappears.
