Wow, tough crowd - I have two negative feedback out of 27, one of which is from 9 years ago! You are more than welcome to stop by beforehand and have a look if you're undecided. I'm not upset about this and I understand the circumstances, but please try to treat others as you would want to be treated. Everyone's time is valuable.
