bassetized
hey yall, i just bought a Sony KDS 60A3000 for xmas and need a stand that is heresy friendly. if possible i'd like to keep the heresy verticle to preserve dispertion. i also would like to keep the tv as low as possible. i haven't seen anything yet that fits the bill. thanks, chels
theplummer
Heresy's on stands = Less bass. If the Heresy stays on the floor, you'll achieve the max potential that it can deliver.
bassetized
actually, they will be on the ground, angled up toward the seating positions. it's part of a 5.1 HT rig, with all the heresies xovered at 80 hz. i'm thinking now i should rebuild the heresy to make it fit better. thanks, chels
SilverSport
When I tried my all Heresy Home Theater, I enjoyed it very much...crossed over at 80hZ as well...the "big" Heresy was a bit of a pain though...I tried it on its side and despite what some say, I didn't like it as the tweeter and mid were very "directional"...duh...I have recently switched back to my Quartet-Academy (popbumpered)-Quartet again...the Academy is MUCH easier placed and is just about as wel...decisions...good luck with yours.
