toussi1
I have a 1 meter length of the Monster interlink 100 stand cable. I am going to use a Monster Cable Y adapter at the reciever end and then connecting the Monster 100 Pair from the Y to the Subwoofer. Is this okay to power my Soon to Arrive earthquake MKIII subwoofer. Worked fine for the Klipsch i had. Most people use a Y adapter at the Subwoofer END and then bring only 1 cable from the reciever, i'm doing the opposite. ------------------ http://www.autodirectsave.com
boa12
tous, as long as u don't induce any line noise w/ an extra run should be fine. & it's not like u're buying another interconnect just to do that. ------------------ My Home Systems Page
t-man
What you are doing is fine. Most find it cheaper to run a long length of single patch cord, than a L/R set. That's why most use the y connector at the sub (: T-man ------------------ KG 5.5 (mains) KG 2.2v (center) KLF-C7 (center in storage) KG 1 (rears) KSW-12 (sub) Denon AVR 681/1601 Toshiba SD-3109 DVD Kenwood LVD700 LD Sony CD changer Sony 27" Trinitron Sony PLX I
