I have part of a leftover spool of some 10 base 2 (802.3) cable, pretty much equiv. to Belden's 9907, which is rated at 25.4 pF/Ft. A little higher than what you are saying, but it is great to work with and I have quite a bit of it. I just didn't want to go to the trouble of terminating it if it will be too high.
