BerserkNitro
I was wondering if should use a RF-3ll as a center or is that totally retarded! I know center channels have a different crossover and are made for that purpose but i guess it didnt hurt to ask!! One reason why iam asking i found a good deal locally for 350.00!! Or should i just go for a RC-7? thanks mike
wuzzzer
Actually with most center speakers there are compromises made so that the end user is able to fit the speaker into their home entertainment center or on the wall above their television. An ideal setup would have 3 identical speakers across the front. If you're buying a single RF-3II for $350, I'd pass. You can get an RC-7 for not much more than that. In your situation, if you have the room, another RF-7 would be the best match.
