I suspect the 211-***** etc relates to the part number itself, and the last group of digits are the serials. Example for a Klipsch K-77M tweeter is 14-824-0137 is the part number. The "serial" is 9705 but only relates to when it was made. See http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/p/103886/1048788.aspx#1048788 for an explanation on driver codes for Heritage series.
