artto Posted October 18, 2008 Share Posted October 18, 2008 Any thoughts (especialy from Klipsch associates) on using a KPT-12-VB Cinema Surround speaker as a center speaker wall mounted above the HDTV, between a pair of Chorus I? I'm currently using an RC7 mounted in an "open" cabinet (TV cart, actually) below the screen and RC7's on the rear. I'll probably be changing the rear to Chorus or Forte. Right now the center RC7 is too low IMO and basically firing into the sectional sofa at knee level. I may try & mount it above the TV but my thinking is the KPT-12-VB is already angled and made for wall mount, and it would give me better "center channel coverage" from side to side, especially closer up.
