  1. Chad's post in Is setting up a POLL still an option? was marked as the answer
Yes. On normal forum areas (not Q&A areas like this one) you can create polls and optionally make them anonymous. I believe it does limit the number of votes one could cast.
  2. Chad's post in Chad...Palladium line up? was marked as the answer
All I can say (because honestly it's all I really know anyway - I'm just the Web Guy™) is that it would seem to me as a consumer that the current Palladiums are nearing the end of their retail life cycle, given the price drops and apparent lack of inventory.

But to reiterate, I have no concrete info on how true that is (and if I did, I probably wouldn't be able to say here), and I don't know of any replacement line in the works. That's NOT to say there isn't a replacement for Palladiums being planned - I'm not the one to say that there is or isn't. Keep in mind this is an extremely tough industry and we are doing our best to remain relevant and exciting to consumers, so I'm sure many cool things are coming down the pipeline. I do know of several awesome products coming out over the next 12 months.

    How's that for a vague answer? ;-)

The post editor auto-saves posts as you write them periodically. I'm not sure it does this for a topic-starting post however.
For a post within a topic, if you see that it has saved your post during your writing it (it'll say so at the bottom of the editor window), you can come back to the thread and click on the editor, then click "View Auto Saved Content" (again, at the bottom) to see what you had previously written which would let you paste it back in.

I've already purged thousands of inactive members, just after the forum relaunch.
The upload space issue will resolve itself in time. In the meantime, suggesting the use of Photobucket or imgur.com or some other photo sharing site is great as well as optimal.

Everyone have a 100MB total file upload limit for posts and PMs. Your attachments (including the ones migrated in from the old forums) currently total 190MB. I think that's why you are unable to attach files at this time.
I wish I could raise the quota right now, but we have over 34,000 members. It's not likely to happen ever, but imagine if every member used their 100MB quota. That would take up over 3 Terabytes (or over 3000 GB) of disk space on our server. We just don't have that kind of space at the moment.
The only thing I can suggest is swap out some of your old attachments. Or I could delete them for you. I realize neither of those options is optimal, but I'm not sure what else I can offer.
Some silver lining in this: the next version of this forum software supposedly allows storing attachment files in external CDN containers (instead of physical disks which have finite capacity). That would be great as we wouldn't need to worry as much about the total amount of data being stored, and we'd be able to raise the per-member quota considerably.
