  1. If you can get RF7's that's the way to go. But like Phil said you won't be satisfied with the RC3 for the center. I have an RC3 in our bedroom system, and an RC7 in the family room setup and there is no comparison. The RC7 is an excellent center channel speaker.
  2. The only TV shows my wife and I watch anymore are Showtimes Out of order and Street Time, and HBO's Soprano's, Six Feet Under, and The Wire. All really good shows, especially The Wire. Plus they're all done in 5.1 DD.

    DD vs. DTS

If given a choice, always DTS.
  4. Yeah, cmon Dillon at least throw us a bone.
  5. I paid $800 U.S. for a pair of RF35'S from an authorized dealer.
  6. In our family room we have RF7 mains and RF5's for surrounds, and I think they sound really good together. We use RB5II's for rear surrounds, and to my ears everything blends nicely. In our master bedroom we have RF35'S and RF3II's and to me they sound good together too. But they don't compare to the RF7's and RF5's imo.
  7. My favorite: Metallica's Cunning Stunts. My wifes favorite: Fleetwood Mac's The Dance. Is Pink Floyds Pulse ever going to be on DVD?

Go to Hometheatermag.com go down to archives, hit Direct view and plasma tvs, the article is 2002 Direct view HDTV face off. If anyone can tell me how to set up links, it would be much appreciated.

Home Theater Magazine did a face off between the Sony, Toshiba, and a couple of other sets in their Jan. issue.
  10. Damn that looks nice. Can't wait to get mine, still a couple weeks away I guess. One question, did they take it in the house for you or just to your door?
  11. If you can get RF3II'S for same price I'd get them. IMO with Klipsch RF series speakers size does matter, the bigger the better.
  12. Yeah when my PB2 comes I'll move the CHT 15 into the bedroom. We've got a pair of RF35'S a pair of RF3II's and an RC3 in there now, but no sub. My wife's gonna love another speaker in the bedroom.
  13. That's good news, but I'm a little jealous. Erik at SVS said mine won't ship for a couple more weeks. Oh well maybe thats good, I just had hernia surgery recently and the PB2 Plus might be just a bit heavy to be lifting. I'm also curious what you think of it compared to your CT 150. I'm replacing a CHT 15.
  14. Good review, can't wait to get mine. I sure appreciate it when someone goes all out like that. I'm more of a plug it in, set it up, calibrate, kick back and enjoy kind of guy.

"Oh my Gosh!" ---------------- When did you order? I ordered mine on May 22, I haven't heard anything yet.
