I have that same set up and it's almost a perfect match. The stands are just a hair darker. If ya oil the rb-5's it's perfect. PS: I have the rb-5 II's doubt there is a difference in color

I'm selling my rb-35's and going with another set of rb-5II's. I was doing some loud music testing yesterday and the rb-5's sounded awesome! Just wanted to set the recorded straight. Any thoughts on the matter? Would love to hear them. B

Ok, we have the same tv but that's about it, your system rocks! I have a yammy rx-650 and rb-35's with a rc-35 up front. Rb-5II's(in cherry) and ksf-8.5's as surrounds. I'm working on getting a rotel dvd RDV-1040 to start. It will replace a yam s520. So, some day I didnt buy the stand with the tv and use mine, alot like you. The stands just went on sale for $99 at BB. I'm getting one. I went there looking for a LCD but fell in love with the pic. HD is awesome! Can't wait for footall!

Yes, they are right. I had some ksf-8.5's hooked up to a htr-5450 and it rocked! I'm about to bring the 8.5's back out for a 7.1 system. Enjoy! B Yammys!

My room is not setup for side speakers. What do you guys think of have 4 surround speakes behind you? In a 7.1 setup?

Thanks for your help guys. And your right, I need a decent sound system, when I'm over there. We went with a brand new pair of rb-3's in cherry $350! WOW! And are looking at some rc-3II's on e-bay.

And I thought, I had a tough decision.

Here it is. I'm building a HT for my girlfriend. we are only going with 3 speakers and a ksw-10. She has a budget of 1k. I can get some brand new rb-3's and find a rc-3II on e-bay. Do u guys think, that would be better than a new 25 series? Rb-25's and the Rc-25. She doesn't have allot of room to work with. Do you think the older 3's will be better? It's a tough decision. I have some rb-5II's and love them. That's why i was considering that route.

Hmmm! Just to let you know, I have a rc-35 and it sounds great! Music on the other hand I turn it off. It, seems to have a bit too much bass. It's not a rc-7 but for movies and tv, it's great.

Well, here goes My RB-35's with the RC-35 up front. My RB-5II's and KSF 8.5's in the rear. My KSF-10. u cant see. As u can see, I dont watch much TV. But I have been getting into movies latley. Thinking about getting the sony 50" LCD.

I just bought some rb-5 II's and the 5's are a bit louder. The overall sound quality is the 35's. I put the 5's as surounds. The 5's, did blow away my KSF 8.5's. Hope, this helps. I just hope the 35's will sound ok, with an rc-7. Not that pleased with the rc-35. The male vocals seem too low. Any thoughts?

Is that a hollow body? So, u like jazz? I main reason I love klipsch is on sax and horn music there is no better speaker. Jazz sounds awesome.

Just some questions for you guys. I did not know that the place that I bought my stuff wasnt an authorized dealer,how do they get these speakers? And shouldnt they tell you that they arent? They do sound great and are in brand new condition, any thoughts? Bryan
