Ahh, but if I open the boxes, the value & desirability decreases... I know the how great they sound but based on the new pics I have found on line, they now look like they have a sweet slope to the front but that could just be the images. Later, Peter

I JUST received my BRAND NEW IN UNOPENED BOXES Heresy II's in Mahogany (the classy finish option)as a result of my original Heresy's burning with my house last winter. Since the insurance company took sooooo long to get them to me, I purchased a pair of used (I do mean beat up) Heresy II (sold as originals to boot)... anyway, up for sale for a FAIR price (but I can always use them & blow off the Wharfdales)... What's the main diff? I used (& will again) own Heresy (original) & before I get the II's are the original Forte's any clearer or cleaner in sound? Heavier in the bass or brighter treble???? any input is always greatly appreciated. Later, Peter

I lost my beloved Heresys to a house fire. Insurance folks can get me SF-3's as replacements but I never heard them (3 hours to a store that MAY have them in stock). The layout appears similar (bass only goes to 37 not 20 dcb) What expert reviews can I get. OR I can keep futzing around with ebay & buy a 25 year old set of Heresy's (shipping is a b*tch).
