  1. NSD is the woofer. You can get it in a sealed or ported box/cylinder. I didn't think they had any ported NSD offerings in their current line up, I could be wrong. http://svsound.com/products-sub-cyl-pc12_nsd.cfm
  2. If you want to keep the driver, my vote is to do something like this. It'll kick the crap out of the RW-12d package. http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=1294134 NSD is the woofer. You can get it in a sealed or ported box/cylinder.
  3. How is second row viewing without a riser?
  4. My room is 11'4" with a row of three. It's not as wide as I would like as I have to have one side right up to the wall, but it's not as bad as I thought it would be. I have plenty of room to walk by the seats. I did choose my seats based on it being narrow though.
  5. Cool story. Edit: CECAA850 you ninja posted on me! One-handed phone typing are teh slow.
  6. For $250, try it out. After you do, I bet you crave cleaner and lower bass that doesn't port chuff and have creaking plastic. I bought two NEW RW-12d's for $650 total a few years ago and could no longer stand them and sold the pair for $600 last month.
  7. Not in a room null, In addition, an amp won't give you any deeper bass if the sub/box will not support it. The RW-12d falls flat on it's face after 25hz or so and chuffs and creaks like crazy at that point.
  8. Nick, just let me know when you're in Bellevue. It's not complete, but it's operational.
