  1. was looking for some input on a new amp. my choices are the denon 2805, marantz 7400 or the nad t 751. i know the nad is a 5.1 and the others are 7.1 but besides that which do you think is the best amp for there price. thanks
  2. i was just about to post same question. i've never heard of this either so i hope someone can help us out with this.
  3. hi everyone. i've decided to build a system around my forte speakers. need some suggestions on which speakers to match up properly with them. i am leaning toward either the marantz 7400,nad t751, or denon 2805 receiver. should i use kg 1's for side and rear? rb25 or rb35? not sure what to match up with. i'm also leaning toward the center unit klf c7. thanks everyone for your info.
  4. nice set there. i'm from nw suburbs and am currently looking for either chorus or cornwalls. are there any more pics that you have and maybe more info on the condition. thanks
  5. the room is a basement with 8' drop ceiling, carpet, finished drywall, and the staircase is located in the middle. there is basically 2 15'x30' rooms with staircase where it is. there is about 10' on each side of staircase in front and back. hope that helps.
  6. hi everyone. have decided to buy my 1st pair of klipsch but not sure which kind. i've checked all the specs on most speakers and now i'm asking for some input from you guys. i've narrowed it down to either heresy, quartet, kg 4, or possiblly the forte. i already own a harmon kardon 630. the room size is about 30x30 with a stairwell coming down the middle. i've only heard the heresy and klipsch horns in person. the heresy sounds great, but everyone on here thinks the low end is a little weak. the horns are out of the question due to $$. one day i'll afford them but not now. i listen to everything from classical to punk to folk to rap music. help me guys and give me some input on which you think may be the best overall pair for me. also i forgot to add the cornwalls or chorus speakers also. or would a room this size be better with 4 rb25 or rb35 with a sub. thanks
  7. i'm in chicago area and can't wait to see pics.
  8. was wondering if this 70's amp is a good match for a klipsch system. thanks
  9. Hi guys, first time in the forum so i hope this isn't a silly question. I've come across an older amp that is either called BGII or BGH. The model # is 500 and the company was out of Beverly Hills, Ca. I've tried to find some info on it but with no luck. Was wondering if anybody out there could give me some info on it and also i believe 1 channel is not working, so if anyone knows a reliable repair shop in the NW chicago area. Thanks. Thanks for the info. Can anyone tell me if this amp is a good fit for a klipsch system? Thanks.
