I am looking for a good 1000 watt amp to push a 3 ohm sub. Would like to have signal trigger on it. If anybody has any recommendations?

I know my room sucks but cant do much about it. But I think what I need is for someone to come over that has a keen ear and spend the day tweeking it first. I have never set up my extreme slope crossover in my Hhorns or my center.

I would use a chemical striper. Because if you use a sander and you are not comfortable or not know what grit or pressure to use you can realy screw it up.

It takes time and money. In the back of the room there is two 500 watt 12" subs.

When I am doing two channel I dont use them. But HT! Thats another story.

The way I see it is with one sub it is like a little rumble over there. But with four it is a earthquake in your room. To me that is more real to life.

I am running 4 subs. Witch come to 4-15" and 2-12" and 2-15" in the Hhorns. I like to have my bass all around and not in just one place.

Me I like my four Sub setup. It puts the feel all around like it should be. But I like BASS!

I am running a Yamaha RX-Z9 9:1 and it is so cool because like when a bird is up in the tree. But yes I would wire for it.

H for home made k-horns Maybe home made but a LOT better then anything you would get out there!
