Seems some email notifications may not be going out. I'm investigating.
Interestingly, I got this notification, but still nothing from the "What's Playing" thread yet.

I'm not getting any notifications of posts in threads I'm following. I checked my preference settings, but nothing seems to make a difference. Any ideas?

Sounds like fun.

Scored this for 30 bucks 2 blocks from my apartment at a old house being sold off by the children taking over the house after the parents passed away, Custom made box with a Marantz 2225 and Dual 1019 TT. Needs a good cleaning ,but a quick hook up n test produced nice warm sounds from Sinatra spinning. The Dual 1019 has a AKG-P6E cart and stylus in new condition the lady said and actually sounded nice coming out of 2 hd300 satalites I quickly set up. Best 30 bucks I've spent !
It's a neat custom job that I think I'll use in the bedroom hooked to some rb61's.
Very nice! the 2225 is a sweet receiver, and the 1019 is no slouch! Nice box, too!

If you still have these, I'll take: MOBY GRAPE S/T and THE FAUST TAPES, Faust.

God's peace John. I am a survivor, but mine was caught asymptomatic and early, but the gene is in my family blood too (lost parents and grandparents).
There are no words for this. As a Believer, I placed my life in my Creator's hands. Lying on the gurney awaiting surgery, a Messenger came behind me and placed her hand on my arm. In my departed mother's voice I heard, "It's not good, but it will be good."
It sounds as though you are loved and that you love. That is the key to our lives, I believe. You have been added to my daily intercessions, you and your family, for courage, peace, strength, care and love. His grace is sufficient for the rest.
God's great peace to you.

This summer has been very mild as well especially compared to last year. Only hit 100 three times.
That's relative humidity, right?

Got my CDs yesterday. Great stuff, thanks!
BTW: If you want a great CD that will also cause jaws to drop on a great system, I see that Brian Bromberg's "Wood" is still available. Somebody REALLY ought to get that!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Action taken.

Just noticed the side grills on those Ks are on the wrong sides. But there could be a reason to do that I guess. Anyone else notice? Rick
I missed that. Yep. the baseboard cutouts are on top. Hmmm. Wainscoating cutouts?
BTW: I know the seller, and even though I haven't heard these, I can guarantee you they sound absolutely PERFECT.

Philip, I hope all is well. I hate it when I see folks parting with their Ks.
As for your flood, we had a similar adventure last year (new Samsung fridge blew the icemaker the first night), but the water didn't reach the Ks (I now know what the slant on my slab foundation is).

My contribution to last night's pot-luck superbowl party, from the local redneck pizzeria.
Wolf Brand Chili (no beans)
Fritos

Actually pretty damn good! -
.............and this, my HOT SAUCE delivery that just arrived from a well known hot sauce vendor "Mo Hotta, Mo Betta" .. My former landlord turned me on them years ago. Here then is my latest pick. I could NOT keep from ordering the presidential election bottle and can't wait to taste them.
The Jolokia is a genuine hot sauce made from the essence of the peppers themselves WITHOUT using the pepper 'consentrates' that many of the scorching sauces are made with......... THUMBS UP on this one for heat level and TASTE. This is my 2nd bottle...
Enjoy the array
...........Gary
Another good source... Penderys, since 1870.

...who wait about six hours. -
if there is anything that sucks about living in SoCal, except the high cost of housing, it's that most of the forum members, being three hours in the future already, have already retired for the evening before i sign on. Makes me feel like an outsider at times. Now with old good friend RIck's recent situation, he may turn into a "regular hours" guy. Anyway, hope you all know that West Coast Steve wishes you a Merry Christmas. I hope you all had a great day. Kindest Regards Forum Friends, Steve
Happy St. Stephen's Day, Steve!
