Sean I must say, you all ways have some wonderful dishes to share. Thanks for taking the time to post those.
It's my pleasure. I cook often and love doing it.

Can anyone recommend a good non-professional soldering station? It's for general home use. I would like multiple tips and variable power in the $100 dollar range. Thanks in advance.

I think it's trial and error. My 5.1 is all in ceiling speakers including the sub and I run the mains at 50hz. To my ears it's a little richer and I don't have any bottoming out issues. The sub is cut at 70hz.
I have tried several combinations and this is where it sounds best to me. You should try several scenarios in my opinion.

I'm not sure how these Mahogany KLF's aren't sold yet. Someone is missing one heck of a nice deal, imo. Bump to get these sold on a sunny Friday a.m. in WI.
Jeff
Oh, I want them but am about a week away from the funds and a bunch of miles away from the merchandise.

I just picked up an RPW 10 woofer. I plan on doing a sealed enclosure and was thinking 1 cubic foot. Does anyone know enough about the driver to suggest a sealed box size?
This sub-woofer will be on my patio. It will be driven by a 150 wrms sub-amp.

Sean, I haven't tried the HK3490 with my LaScalas. It has always been paired with my RF7ii in the living room.
It might be worth while to give it a listen with your LS.
-
Sadly due to moving the LS are gone. I'm starting to think Heresey's are in my near future and the HK will run them. I am confident it will do a fine job.
-
Our tastes must be the same. I simply loved the 3490 with my LS. I think the soundstage and imaging were hard to beat. The 3490 now does duty in my garage paired with JBL 4311's. It simply rocks that space.

My bad yes it is maple thanks for pointing that out. I'm not sure why but it's such a light color it looks more like a blonde color than maple.
Kimba, Michael
Just curious....what is the difference between blonde ash and Maple?
Maple is a very smooth light colored wood with no real distinct grain pattern.
Ash is a lighter colored wood but with an obvious grain pattern.
Why are you selling...?
Yeah, why are you selling such a beauty?
Man that is one sexy setup!
What Youth said.
Good luck with your sale.
How's the family?
Bill
That red oak is sexy!

I was able to order two of these from Digikey for less than $25 including shipping.
