  1. Can a K-1036-E 10" woofer be used in the Jubilee in place of the K-31-E with some modification of the cabinet? Thanks.
  2. Heck, I've got a new pair I'll mail you for free if you send me your address.
  3. Definitely not the K-1071-A or (K) woofer used in the KSW 12. I've attached (I hope) a pic of the actual woofer used in the KSW 12 which I just used in a sub. I've got some new old stock ones for sale. If you're interested send me a PM. http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v671/longdrive03/?action=view&current=DSC09155.jpg
  4. No, but if you hum a few bars I'll fake it!!!!! BADUM CHING! Okay, it's bad when you answer you own posts, I know! I have one of these brand new for sale for $200.00. Klipsch sells them for $235.00 new. PM me if you're interested. Shipping would be actual plus $5.00. Thanks.
  5. Anyone know how much a brand new K-1113-T 12" sub goes for?
  6. Good to see another Arkie on here! Your cabinet looks great! Nice match with the Belles. Built a line array recently- no Klipsch stuff in it. Here's a pic of it and my office speakers - 2 10" advent woofers, mid non klipsch horn and non klipsch horn tweeter in birch ply and walnut.
  7. Voice coil is blown. Can this be repaired/reconed/new vc installed and if so how much and who can do it? Thanks.
  8. Here's another pic of the back.
  9. According to the formulas the 3.6cf vented enclosure has an f3 of 35Hz. I'm sure this will drop a little as the woofer "relaxes" from play. My cabinet is quite a bit larger than the KSW 12 which has a max of 1.6cf. Sounds great.
  10. Just sold one for $60.00 on ebay and have 2 more listed at $60.00 each buy it now.
  11. Check it out and feel free to comment. http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/thread/919046.aspx
  12. I just finished this yesterday. Made it for our church music director's home as part of HT setup. 12" K-1071-A sube from the KSW 12 and the 118299 dual voltage amp from KSW 150. Cabinet is 3/4" mdf shell (heavily braced) with 1/2" mahogany plywood on three sides, lacewood veneer top, paduuk trim and legs which hold sub 3" off the floor. Hooking it up tonight at my friends. It is clear clean hard driving bass. Hope we can carry it in!!!!!!!
  13. I've got 3 of them that are new. I may use two in a project and have one left over. If you interested please respond. Thanks.
  14. Pull out the tweeter and see what numbers are on the tweeter driver. Should be a 160715 tweeter driver. It should come off by unscrewing 3 screws. The unit should pop out and have a phase plug attached. If you have a multimeter you can check to see if it's good. I've got some replacement diaphragms that may work. It uses a titanium diaphragm. I left you a pm.
  15. Anyone know the tweeter number in this speaker. It has the same size front as the K-79-K but a shallower horn. I think it may be the K-762-KP?
  16. I can't find the thread I recently saw about using the K-31-E in a Jubilee. Was I dreaming??? I've got two brand new ones and will either sell them or maybe tackle the Jubilee (if it doesn't tackle me) in the near future. Anyone have any suggestions or comments on this woofer in the Jubilee? Thanks.
  17. Anyone have the T/S specs on 12" K-1071-K (OR K-1071-A) used in the KSW 12 powered sub? Please share. Thanks.
  18. Anyone know the xover frequency for the KSFC5 center channel offhand? Thanks.
  19. I bought some Klipsch xovers with part number 116390 which appear to be 2way but I don't know what speaker they were used in. Can anyone help with id and schematic please? I may buy a couple of 12" woofers, model number K-1071-A, 121241. I know the K-1071-K was used in the KSW 12 sub but this part number doesn't match up. Anyone have an specs /info on this woofer. One more, T/S specs on K-1053-SV 6" inch woofer. Thanks.
  20. This sub was used in the LF10 sub along with 2 10" passive radiators. If anyone has worked it or has specs please advise. I'll ask Klipsch support also. Here's a photo. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v671/longdrive03/KLIPSCHK1073K.jpg
  21. He may get more realistic if he has to relist the item. Neat looking wooden mid horn on this one. A new BEC xover would probably be needed!
  22. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270094413005&ssPageName=MERC_VI_RUPX_Pr4_PcY_BIN_Stores_IT&refitem=270093198915&itemcount=4&refwidgetloc=active_view_item&usedrule1=UpSell_LogicX&refwidgettype=cross_promot_widget
  23. Thanks for the suggestion. I emailed tech support today and received an email with five different schematics on the xover. Great and quick service!
  24. Has anyone used 13 ply baltic birch on LS's. That stuff is flat, stiff, solid and heavy and goes for about $46 a sheet around here.
