All I can say if it's Hope, then I cannot attend........650 miles I can do driving, but an extra (1) day for travel AND airfare just isn't in the cards. Not that I wouldn't mind Hope, but it is a logistical issue for me.
Who knows, maybe they'll put it to a poll. I wish I could say it is a DEFINITE trip, but I can't at this time.
You do realize I was funnin' with you, right? I can certainly understand wanting the gathering to be at a closer location (I'd like to see it happen in "The Wine Country" one of these years...yeah, that'll happen), and of course it's 95% about the people, but from what I've seen, Indy seems very "corporate" and CLEAN. Not that I like it dirty (heh), and Hope was not, but I enjoyed some of the more "behind the scenes", "roll-up-your-sleeves" experiences there.Taken in stride......Now the Wine Valley does merit consideration, and even offers some libatious perc's.[

Interestingly enough, they have installed KLIPSCH in our NEW local theatre, and VERY NICE! I believe they used the Heritage Heresy III's (about 12 from what I counted)

Barring any MECA event (reschedule most likely Richmond), I'll be heading home straight from the concert, or whatever post-event plans are scheduled. I can run you up to Baltimore if necessary, and then head home. Keep in mind its a Trans Am, so space is limited.

My buddy flew from Columbus-to-Baltimore for $60 1-way on Southwest, and same on the return leg. He left on a Saturday afternoon though on his return flight.

Thank you Wardsweb, "Take Five" is on the list..........but I've somehow gotten hooked on Candy Dulfer and Boney James.
I cannot seem to find any of their material on vinyl........grrr! Any input would be appreciated.

My buddy runs his via his wireless PC, and no issues TO DATE. He's also got the DOCK for his car/home.

Hey Larry, I was just notified by my Event Director that the 10/21 Crutchfield show in Charlottesville, VA has been cancelled due to a mixup on their end, so I can start my day a little earlier, and FULLY enjoy the experience.
Translation: I can come up Saturday mid-late morning if necessary to partake in the early day festivities.

Ya know, those SOM's (sunset orange metallics) have really grown on me over the years.
At first, I didn't care for them, but after seeing so many F-bodies at car shows, they really do stand out NICELY. Good choice
