No sir, no offense taken, but I do resemble the Maxell guy in the chair.
(lol)

Klipsched, Aren't you the Guy with Cornwalls in a Mobile Home ? 'nough said ............. Enjoy what you have, you do realize that away from this Forum, you have better equipment than most people own now, or will ever own .... please, one more time from me to you,.. "I never knew my stereo sucked, until I joined this Forum" ... Enjoy !!!!!!!!
Yes, and yes! I wasn't always in a mobile home, but that is another story!
Damn, I miss my house! I suppose it is human to want better, but I do appreciate what I have.

I always find listening with the lights out, so you don't see the speakers, you get into the sounds, instead of looking at speakers, after all, you hear with your ears not your eyes ......... Ever Notice ; Other peoples equipment sounds better than your's, or so you think, even when you know you own better equipment ?
I totally concur on that thought OB, and I prefer to listen when in darkened environment. Tubes are my only solution to part II of your statement. Thought I had hi-fi, only to discover my system is mid-fi after listening to several other systems.
It is hard now knowing what you are missing, and cannot afford to upgrade to that level.

Especially when I attempt to find the proper staging (center/left/left center/right/right center/depth/height, etc).[]
Not including the dynamics or tonality. By George, I think you've stumbled onto something here[:|]

I was feeling a little bit country, but my alter-ego counterpart was thinking a little bit of rock.
Soooooo........we compromised and settled for some country-rock in the form of POCO.
"Head Over Heals" and "Legend"
Wonder whatever happend to Paul Cotton and Rusty Young? We all know where Timothy Schmidt went to, right?
-
Saw American Gangster tonight (Denzel Washington/Russell Crowe) and really enjoyed it. Of course, true stories are always my favorites. Great movie with some really startling facts about the life of Frank Lucas(displayed at the end).

Congrats on your find, and I've yet to hear someone say they sound like "crap"[]

Well, my wife's so ugly I take her everywhere I go, just so I don't have to kiss her goodbye[]

LMAO.....I just asked a Vet here @ work, and he said it was a CONFLICT.
Thanks for your patronage OB. Let's face it, skirmish, conflict, war, campaigns......ALL LABELS. Honestly, IMO, anytime you occupy another country and take their citizens lives, IT IS A WAR.
I didn't intend on offending you, so.......on that note, have a blessed day. (Heard that somewhere - lol)
-
Sure do.......history taught me something[:#]

OB, it was a joke! Of course JS wasn't responsible, but just another excuse in the line of excuses that the media love to play on. We have several Cowboy fans in the office, and I told them "Don't be overconfident".
Even as a die-hard Skins fan, I take nothing for granted (even when heavily favored)
-
Smooth jazz, classic rock, and hard rock primarily. I'll throw in some modern country-rock on occasions.
-
Not trying to pick a fight, but it was never declared as a "war" per se, although it clearly was despite what our politicians called it. I know they have the "Vietnam Campaign Medal", but no matter.
OB, have you ever visited the War Memorial in DC? If not, I highly suggest you visit that location during your next trip. Whether anyone was involved in this "war/campaign", it will touch you in so many ways. I missed the war by 6 mos, but enlisted anyway as the draft was coming to a close.
Agreed 100%, too many lives lost (and some friends I lost too)

Does that include ICONS?[]
Think I'll stop @ 1999 thank you very much! I cannot determine if this is recognition or punishment (lmao)

Welcome from the flat land state of DE, and Cornies would be my vote as well, with a few dollars to spare.
Best bang for the buck IMHO, IF YOU HAVE THE SPACE
You should be able to locate a nice pair regionally $750 (+/_), but it requires strong vigilence and dedication toward that search (daily)

Good point, as we Americans have become SOFT. Face it, Vietnam was the last major campaign (NOT WAR) where we had hardcore battles. What could be worse than those N. VietKong tactics.
Yes, I am an x-vet, without combat experience, but I've been around enough of them + the war stories depicting what took place.
But who put us there in the middle east? Same office as before????? I say we send in the politicians and let them take "the point"
Nothing like adding some Klipschorns to the armored tank and let 'em know we're coming

Breaking a 17 year record (undefeated #1 seed).........couldn't happen to a better team
Oh yeah, thanks Jessica[] But for those not familiar w/this rivalry, it is like the "Hatfields vs McCoys"

Thanks Trey, I should be able to "yeh" or "neh" before the deadline. (crossing fingers, and I don't want to let ColterPhoto down)[*-)]

He will be sorely missed........what a class act!
Now get me Bill Cowher, Dan Snyder

Thanks James, it took a whole Fall, Winter, and Spring to finish the job. Major expense and headache at times!
I suppose that is why I have no funds for another home unit.......I love both (lmao)!

No problem....I am running separates and the M50 is rated # 120W/ch if I remember correctly. Then again, I am not familiar with that particular unit.

Right now for me it is TENTATIVE.....pending Corporate results.
Tax refund is already spent, and I should be able to confirm one way or another by April 30th, when the books are closed. Basically, I am relying on the BONUS to attend.
To early to tell......Poll is still out! SOOOOOOOO, my question is:
How late can I wait to register for this event?
