Oh and I’m going to start making my own wine!
Been making my own wine for 10 years now. Great hobby that requires a bit of patience.

My recollection of meeting you last August does not include a perception that you were “fat.”
You were probably bedazzled by my good looks. Pretty much all my weight gain is in my belly, caused by all the Coronas on the patio last summer. Hope I don't have the virus!

I'm 62 this year and retirement scares the cr*p out of me. After working all these years, I would like to give it a try, but I am not sure how to fill the day. At first it will be easy, but.....
Good to hear you're adjusting to it well (except for the 30 lbs part)!
Part of the weight gain is due to me having a bad gall bladder last year that prompted me to retire when I did. I had surgery last February and had a difficult recovery, resulting in me laying around and getting fat. That's my story and I'm sticking with it!
It was scary retiring for sure, and it took me the better part of this last year to get used to it. I'm getting used to the freedom a little more each day!

Well Folks, it's been a full year since I retired from General Motors. I never thought I'd say this, but retirement is taking up all my time! I though for sure I'd burn through all those projects that I had been putting off, but truth is, I'm way behind. I did manage to gain about 30 pounds, though.

Did you take any actions to stop the leak?
I haven't tried to locate the leak yet, but I did notice that my onstar antenna on the roof has a gap in the gasket where it sits on the roof. I'll seal everything in the spring after it thaws out up here.

Since I retired last year I very seldom go anywhere. I might go out once every couple of weeks or so, at the most. So I should be safer than most, right? Except for the fact that my wife works at a hospital full time...

I installed an autobias board on my Latino ST-120 amp last year. It was a pain. Different board, I think, than the Curico one. I believe Bob Latino is on the east coast, you may want to contact him to see if he has anyone in mind that will do the work for you.

There's a reason vinyl sales are on the rise.People who think vinyl sounds like what they remember from their youth playing records on portable record players have never experienced what a high end vinyl playback system is capable of. Everyone who has ever heard my system will say the vinyl sounds better than digital.

This may or may not help: I have a 2014 GMC Sierra, and it was draining the battery. I took it to the dealership, and they couldn't find the problem, and wanted to start replacing fuse panels. The truck ran fine for a few months, and then drained a brand new battery.
I decide to trouble shoot it myself, having been a Master Mechanic in a previous life, and spent 24 years building trucks at GM Truck and Bus.
What I found out is the fuse block on the drivers side dash was getting wet from an unknown leak in the roof area, and the water was running down the A pillar. I simply removed the fuses and re-installed them, and it's been fine for over a year.
There is a main fuse panel on the drivers side under the hood, plus two fuse panels inside, one on both sides of the dash, on my 2014. your '07 may be a bit different.

If you get packages from China wrapped in bubble wrap, don't pop the bubbles! You don't know where the air in them has been.

I can't sing, I can't play any musical instruments. I sometimes have a hard time playing the stereo.

I'm using a Dennis Had Inspire single ended amp putting out between 6-8 watts driving my K-Horns, and have way more volume than I'll ever use. But my Horns aren't stock.

I think the lawsuit was because city funds are used for it's maintenance or something.

Was that Cross City Florida?
The town who battled for the 10
Commandments... thanks
I thought it was Pensacola, where they have a big cross on government property. Courts ruled that it wasn't violating separation of church and state because it had been there for a long time.

I tried this years ago using a McIntosh 2125 ss amp and a Decware SE84 triode amp. The Mac puts out 125 w/channel, the Decware 1.8 w/channel. I could never get a good "blended" sound that I liked. I was using passive universal type crossovers. Maybe easier with active crossovers, but I didn't try that.

Its a function of their experiences, over their lifetime, listening.
How come it can't be a function of how one person hears things differently than another?

I'd like to have them. Maybe I'll do a road trip this week if they aren't sold.

I need to get out my decoder ring to figure this post out.

I have used the following tube amps with my K-Horns; Latino ST-120, 60 watts/channel push-pull ultralinear, Decware SE-84 single ended, 1.8 watts/channel, Dennis Had Inspire Hot Rod, single ended, 4 watts to 10 watts, depending on tubes. The Dennis Had amp is what I'm currently using, and with 6L6B tubes it is putting out around 6 watts/channel. I cant turn the volume up past half way!

If you got the Russian PIO cap upgrade, it will take at least 100 hours before they sound their best, so be prepared for your amp to sound better over time!
