  1. I just bought rear speaker stands almost exactly like those (might be the same) for $95 shipped. http://www.entertainmentcenter-store.com/p/vti-ble101-surround-sound-adjustable-speaker-stand?utm_source=Google_Base&utm_medium=Shopbots&utm_term=VTI_BLE101_Surround_Sound_Adjustable_Speaker_Stand&utm_campaign=9719632 Alot of significant updates from these pictures: New Reciever, Removed DVD Player, Removed Ionizer from Right Speaker (lol), Center Plaques on Walls and put up theater posters, Removed HTPC and Replaced with BD/DVD Player -- New RS-42 Rears+Stands coming soon!
  2. Hey Dean, Do you modify crossovers for the Legend series? (KLF-10 preferably?)
  3. Yes, they can be used for the "back/rear" speakers. What I'd do is, use your RS-52 for your back speakers and purchase RS-42 for your surrounds.
  4. Ok, I am an official owner of RS-42's ($380 shipped) [] I hope they hit the sweet spot!!
  5. Yeah, I just placed a bid on one of those RS-3 II sets for sale. I am looking for a set that will be in sync with my current system. I am afraid of newer design and speaker technologies to interfere with my Legend series. The RS-42's are nice but a little too pricey for me ($400 shipped). I am looking to spend MAX $300 shipped.
  6. Less than one year later, I'm still looking [*-)] My bottom line is: SS-1 or RS-3 II I've placed a bid on a few RS-3 II on eBay but there is one set of SS-1 surrounds, brand new (suprisingly) for $309+$35 shipping. Which set is recommended?!
  7. Ah, do you know what type of glue they used? I removed the top woofer and horn, put the speaker at a 45 degree angle on it's side with a C-Clamp in the region where I'm working. I am using Liquid Nails Small Project clear tubular glue. I will let it sit for 4-6 hours and see how it holds. Thanks a bunch, fastlane!
  8. Hello all, I seem to be having an issue with one of my KLF-10 floorstanding speakers. First, I thought it was a blown woofer but after investigating it more (taking off cover and removing horn) I discovered the glue like fasterner from top of speaker to about half way has lost its bond. My thoughts are to purchase a few small black screws and drilling along the FRONT of this panel to fix the issue. I'm not sure how to take the entire front panel off without removing all the glue from surrounding areas. Any advice? Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks!
  9. Currently, I have KLF-10 / KLF-C7 setup with crap surrounds. I am looking to purchase a set of equal matching speakers to my current setup. I've done some research and I am leaning towards the KSP-S6 surrounds. Would these be the 'ideal' speakers to match the existing? Thanks!!
