Just saw this.
Sad news.
He was a pleasure to talk with and do bussiness with.
I rebuilt several speakers and crossovers using his products.
Condolences to his family.

My KT150 tubes came from Upscale Audio and they are a top notch seller of premium tubes.
Mine also came from Kevin at Upscale.

I have a Primaluna evo 400 and i have started playing with Tube Rolling with it. I started out with the stock EL34 tubes and it sounded great. I had those in for over a year and I then tried a couple of Brimar preamp tubes and I liked the difference they made. A few months later my wife bought me 8 new KT150s and to my ears in my system I loved the change to the 150s over the el34s. Much more punchy mid bass and top end very clean. Having changed my Forte 1s to the new Forte IVs the mid base and mid range is just so much more dynamic at every level. I do not think I will ever go back to the EL 34s or get rid of the Brimars
I have the same amplifier and agree with what was said here.
I did not lose anything that I had with the EL-34's when I switched to the 150's.
The gains for me were tighter bass, more speed and more detail throughout.
They both sound great though and it is a personal preference.
As for NOS versus new comment all of my small tubes are NOS and they are much better than any of the current offerings I have tried, but the KT-150's are excellent tubes but be picky where you purchase them.
The joy of tubes.

Good deal on a nice speaker, I personally preferred this model over the Academy and KLF-C7 with my Chorus II's. Good luck with your sale!
I have had all three myself and I agree.

I owned a couple of pair of those that I used with an SW12 II sub that I bought in the early '90's that was musical without the super bottom of todays subs. Using a tube amp every time I listened to the speakers I always thought 'who would need anything else' for listening to music. Sounds like a joke but the 2.5's pack a musical punch for their size. Good luck to you.

I have always loved and have been very impressed with these speakers also.
Very surpising how good they actually are.

I have a very nice KV4 center channel speaker that was used in a secondary TV room.
I moved to a new home and no longer have a use for it.
I am looking to sell local in the DFW area.
I am asking $250.00.
I am also selling a pair of KG2.5's $250.00, a Martin Logan Dynamo 1000 wireless sub $575.00, and a Yamaha RX-A1070 receiver $600.00.
I do have the boxes for the sub and Yamaha but I would rather not ship the speakers.
Sorry for the grainy pictures.

I have a very nice pair of light oak KG2.5's for sale in the DFW area.
I relocated to Texas in July and we finally settled into a new home in January.
The new home only has room for one set up and these were in my secondary system so I no longer have a use for these.
They are in excellent shape.
I am asking $250.00 obo.

I don't know about the cables, but I certainly like the amp.
Yes excellent amplifier, it is the X250.8 by Pass Labs.
I was trying it out and decided I liked it so much I would up my game and ordered a pair of mono's from them, X260.8's.
I tried the XA25 at the same time and it is an amazing amp also and would drive any klipsch speaker excellently.
I am using these with some Bowers and Wilkins so I went with more power.

These are 8 gauge silver plated copper wire in Teflon.
They will come with Banana connectors for both ends and an extra set of spade connectors for one end. These are a very detailed and neutral sounding set of wires.
This a great opportunity to own an excellent set of cables for a great price.
They are 10' in length.
$325.00 plus shipping.
Same wire as listed here:

This seems like a decent start localy if you want bookshelf speakers.
I saw other Klipsch bookshelf speakers and a couple centers listed also.
