Hello friends,
I’m looking to do a trade. I have 3 Klipsch H1’s, two are walnut oiled and one is oak. So I great front stage setup. On the two walnut ones, I’ve changed out the caps and the oak one I have not opened it up to see if anyone has done anything to it.
I also have a svs speaker setup with the L/C/R speakers, these where hand built by svs in the year 2000 and made in the USA, they used perless drivers and only made 200 sets
They came in a full 5.1 setup and I only have the front stage part. They are heavy and built like a tank and are beautiful and are wife friendly. And I have stands for all 3
What I’m looking for is a pair of Cornwall’s or LS speakers. I can add some cash or other audio gear that I have. I have turntables, amps, preamps, receivers and HT receivers that I could add to this deal. I will drive up to a 6 hour one way drive for the right deal

My wife’s Japanese bobtail, we found her one night just walking the streets near our home, she was skin and bones. A few days later as I was taking a walk at 11pm, she came up to me and started rubbing all over my legs and followed me home. She we took him and and off to the vet we went. She was in pretty bad shape, vet said she was near death and lucky we brought her in. This bread is very vocal and living to her owners.
All but one of our pets are rescue’s from pet shelters or the streets here in Florida

Your right, it’s not walnut. I’m so stupid sometimes, lol. It’s Hard Maple. I did have a small amount of walnut and I sold that lot to a local wood shop. I don’t know why I thought it was walnut. The stamp on the back ( MFMA )

Could you use some walnut that’s 3/4” thick?
Maybe you can run them though a planner and glue them together to get the thickness you need. I have about 800lbs of this wood, they are anywhere from 12” up to 48” long
I’ll send you some for testing if you want to give it a try
These are from a private charter school in Orlando Florida , they changed out the basketball court and I was able to fill my truck bed up with some of it
I’ll post some photos of this wood later today

This wood is 2.5” wide and 1” thick. The 1” is at the smallest for the thickness of each board. As each board has a rib gone down at that makes it thicker than 1 inch. But if you’re playing off those ribs then it will be 1 inch thick by 2 1/2 inches wide

Bought a case of Sound Seal acoustic wall panels. Made of one inch thick rigid fiberglass and covered with Guilford acoustic cloth. Several of these on the walls of a room make the room sound better.
