  1. A shot of the moon on the Ware River near Gloucester, VA. Dear wife and I were there with the kids and grandkids for a short vacation. Rented a really nice cottage, literally 40 feet from the river. This was taken with a cheap Sony digital through the screen of a screened in porch.
  2. Hey Joe! Nothing you said offended me at all. Never saw you mention "idiot", or anything like it. I'll soon be 60, and the 2013 F150 is the second new vehicle I've ever owned. Think I waited long enough. Cheers, Greg
  3. Forgive me for being a bit of a smart aleck. I guess comments just hit me when I was feeling a little crusty. Cheers, Greg
  4. I built an amp and used the blue Edcors. The amp was gray and black hammertone, and of course the Edcors looked hideous. Just took the bell ends off and painted them black. Still look great after about 4 years. Cheers, Greg
  5. Probably the same kind of idiots who buy 40K jeep wranglers then adds mods on top of that. I'm hoping to keep mine forever plus residual value is really good or else I wouldn't have done that. As stuff starts wearing out I'll be doing the exact same thing that the OP is. Trucks though, yeah I don't get it, lots of people get them them don't keep them long, there's always a ton of used trucks that aren't that old and they don't hold their value all that well. They don't wear out as fast as cars either, so buying used is typically much smarter. Somebody's buying new ones all the time though. Guess I'm an idiot, although until now I didn't realize that the mere purchase of a new F150 Lariat made me such. I just thought that having a nice truck was pretty cool. Why was I so naive? Now, I'm crushed. What is the next thing in the profiler's manual after "idiot", because I have some other nice stuff that I've spent too much(evidently) $$$ on? Maybe I qualify for the idiot's Hall of Fame, or some such thing. Just sayin'.
