But how do adjust phase inverter? if i have the front amp in front of me, should i turn clockwise to minimum or maximum output? 1956 mono integrated amp 8 watts, sound amazing with my 16Ohms tannoy red, but i hesitated to a long term relationship with my klipsch (16 vs 8Ohms), this why the 4 speakers set up get my attention! i try it for 1 hour, sound great, but i would not go for a 8 hours listening klipsch vs 16Ohms! Also, anyone knows why back then it was so commun to have 16ohms amp? regards

What happen it you split signal at preamp out for two set of power amp? CJ has two pre out on preamp? does the preamp, lose lot of power?

Ok i saw a similar topic, in fact what is more hazardous for an amp 16Ohms amp driving 8 Ohms speakers or a 8 Ohms amp driving 16 Ohms amp or i put them in parallel and divided the power by two a 16 Ohms amp with two 8 ohms speaker? a little bit confused, but i have a vintage Altec who suggest a center speaker, and it was laScala was made in the first place to be the center speaker between 2 klipschorn? so what is the problem with 4 speakers parallel or series? with a 16 Ohms?

Well guys, i have purchased the Classic CJ and i have a Croft micro 25R for preamp to. Two great preamp and two differents ball game, but what a great sound! and yes i wish i was there in Chicago, i will travel there sometimes in the future it is on my bucket list for sure! i use to have a fairchild turntable with the huge aluminum platters a 412, if i remember well, i have sold it for 50$ to an Ottawa guy, didn't know it was so rare and that good! anyhow i am glad that i could have it for a year or two! I am searching for a good line preamp and dac, so far i received those offer? 1 A benchmark Dac-1 that should be neutral and preserve my 2A3 sound? or 2 going for a conrad johnson classic, but it seems this preamp has been discontinuated, so with what pv?? number from Conrad i should search for? I have no comment on the tubes...but I have to say you are one lucky man for finding and scoring one of those amps. Jeff is one class act and I have great respect for him. What Magnequest iron combo is in your Seth's? Mike is another class act that I have great respect for. If you don't mind me being curious what did you have to pay for the amps.
