I just bought a Sunfire Jr subwoofer! I am not sure where the "proper" placement in the room is. I had it at the front of the room and had Awesome Bass you could feel!! My wife would like me to move it to the back of the room for "looks" any suggestions??? Boa, Had a busy day today! Moved the Boston sub to the rear of the room, had to buy a new a/v rack because the sat. receiver used to sit on top of the 10" sub!! just got everything (except the 10" sub) back together again! Adjusted the "toe-in" on the RP-5s (as well as placement) and I'm loving the sound so far!!!! I'm gonna' set all to large and go downstairs to wire that sub up next! boa, My 333ES has bass cossover adjustments for the Front L/R speaks, the Center speak and the L/R Surrounds. Nothing to do with the EQ settings (the EQ settings IMO are not very user friendly on this model!) Also have an LFE high cut setting. Speaking of EQ settings, does anyone know if the EQ settings go up to the Hz setting you select, or are you setting just the one particular setting. I read an article about a way to have 6.1 setup by using the rear pre outs from your dd receiver and feeding them to the front inputs of your old pro-logic receiver. You would then run the pro-logic receiver in phantom mode to get your rear center speaker! Hooking your rear speakers to the front and center speak outputs from the pro-logic of course! Anybody done this? If so let me know if it is worth the trouble to hook up!
