  1. SOLD The woofers used in my Cornscalas. Functionally very good condition. However, the gasket on the inside rim will need to be replaced. It was damaged a bit when removing them from the Cornscalas. There is also a spot on both sides where the woofers were ground down a bit in order to fit into my old La Scalas. Looking for 180 plus shipping. Located in Zip 52203.
  2. These are not a direct replacement for a K-400. It will fit within the top hat, but other modifications are required.
  3. Thanks for the help Yep, the whole set up worked very well together. I'm located at zip code: 52203.
  4. These are the Eliptrac 400 horns from my Cornscalas. Looking for 400 plus shipping. These are very heavy, so shipping will likely not be cheap. I do have the original boxes that Dave sent them to me in. Thank you.
  5. How so? Whats the different between Oiled oak and oak clear? Need to know as refinishing the speakers will be different. Theres no way to tell from the tag? Its very strange, almost every klipsch Chorus I've seen has it printed on the label, but not this one. It doesn't look like it rubbed off either.

I did check last night, the chips do not have any sort of special markings on them that would suggest they are the J version.
  7. From a pair of Chorus IIs that were on Craigslist here today: Edit, its either Oak clear or Medium oak. I just can't tell, and this is the first badge that I've seen that doesn't seem to list it. The other speaker, which the Veneer does math, did not have the speaker label.

Price is 900. I didn't check the chip. Given when it was made Late 2015, I'm going to assume it just has the regular chips in it. From the reviews I've read, it sounds like the new chips are not necessary better than the old ones. IT seems they reduced their quality to get them into production faster. Multiple reviews have stated that the J version especially isn't as musical as the older versions.

Bump...price drop for good standing members.
  10. I also have a pair of Eliptrac 400's and Crites cast woofers that will be going up. Although I forgot to take photos of them.
  11. SOLD These are from my Cornscalas. I still have the insulted "crates" these arrived in. These are very heavy, so I'm guessing shipping will be pricey. Local pickup is an option for those who don't want to ship. They are located at 52203. Looking for 1000 plus shipping. I will not separate the ES500 or ES5800's unless I have a confirmed buyer for each set.
  12. THESE HAVE BEEN SOLD. 5/26/2018 Used but in great condition. From my old Cornscalas. Looking for 125 shipped or best offer.
  13. Also if you look at the other photos, the background appears to be a consignment store. Thus the hefty price I'm guessing.
  14. First Chorus II models I've seen with the brownish grill cloth and not the black grill cloth.
  15. That is probably about what they are worth...
  16. SOLD These were used in my main listening room. The rest of my Conscala parts will be listed in other threads. Looking for 1050 shipped or best offer. Located in 52203.
  17. Well that didn't take long. Found a set of Oak KG 5.5s here locally and worked out the deal through Craigslist. As long as everything works out, I should be good to go. Thanks again. Mods please delete if its taking up space. LOL.
  18. I'm looking for a set of towers in good condition in Oak. Any KG series tower would be fine. KG2, and KG4 would be too small. Anyone have anything? Thanks you!
  19. A pair has been found. Thank you.
